Stir your pancake mix, cinnamon and brown sugar together in a large baking bowl. Make a well in preparation for the wet ingredients.
Stir the water and pumpkin puree together. Pour it into the well.
Stir until just mixed. Lightly stir in cranberries.
Let the batter sit for 5 minutes. Check the consistency. If the batter is not flowing easily, add some more water or milk, in small amounts at a time until it is a good pancake batter consistency. (It should flow off a spoon, but still be reasonably thick).
Spoon your pancakes onto a hot griddle that has some melted butter in the pan. Flip when golden brown.
